I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Fated Bear

Fated Bear Fated Bear by Ursula Maya
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Dante is restless, his bear is restless. they both want their mate. years he has waited and hoped to find his mate on bear mountain but nothing, nada zilg. making up his mind, he decides that the way forward is leaving his mountain and going into the city. his mate must be there!
in the city tawny is warned by her boss to leave, grab all het vacationdays, sick days and get the hell out, he can't get into details but his tone is serious enough that she does just that. she uses this opportunity to go to bear mountain and visit her aunt mimi, who has a cabin up there.
once there once person keeps popping up, a big hulking man, one gorgeous specimen of mankind. but the words coming out of his mouth don't make sense even though the timbre of his voice does things to her body nobody has ever done before.
what's all this about bears, mates and forever?

dante is one persistent bear, have to give him credit in that regard. really loved this story, at one point i did wish i could clobber tawny, stubborn girl!! a lovely bear shifter story that would sit nice in between your other shifter stories.
