I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Alphas in the Wild

Alphas in the Wild Alphas in the Wild by Ann Gimpel
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

i adore ann gimpel books but getting three awesome reads in one book? it can't get any better woohie!
story one : almost fully divorced, moira sets of to work in a whole different area. she didn't expect to run into an old crush of hers. a crush that very quickly lets her know that his crush on her hasn't died and that he still wants her.
finally able to tell her why he couldn't take things as far as he wanted to a decade ago, it doesn't take them long before their passion builds. but her soon to be ex husband has other plans! her old crush turns out to be the next arch druid, a powerful one at that, but her ex also happens to be a native shaman gone bad. this can't lead to anything good, right?
it's like sitting on the tip of your chair reading this and the other two stories. twists and turns at every corner, drama and heartache, all the components are readily available for one thrilling story after another!
wish i could shift myself, i'd be a fly on ann's wall and read the books as they get born from her fingertips.
