Bare Knuckle Bear: BBW Paranormal Romance Bear Shifters by Kim Fox
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
being new in town, grayson has no clue that the man he’s going to fight is his new boss’ son and even though the rhino shifter is a crap fighter, he always wins. retaliation is always around the corner if he loses.
dakota been a waitress here for two years now and never even had the urge to go on a single date. when grayson sets foot into the bar on fight night, her bear starts waking up and showing interest in the kindred bear. when he steps into the fight cage she tries to warn him but his defiant look doesn’t promise a good outcome if he wins.
how right she was. he hasn’t barely left the bar after winning that he’s taken down and left for dead. when dakota finds him, she hauls him into her apartment, her mind set on not letting him die just about anywhere. at that moment her bear bonds with him and she’s upset that at that moment she would find a mate only to lose him.
but luck is on her side and he manages to pull through.
if this were it, you’d be mistaken. surviving the attack only makes things very awkward for him at his new job but having found dakota and bonding with her makes it all worth.
will they get their HEA? i’m not so sure about it. yet!
what a thrilling read this was. almost thinking it was over before it even started! i wanted to jump into that cage myself and kick some butt.
i can see more woman landing in this town and find some loving *is crossing fingers*

About Me

- I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)
