Work, work, work

Well can't really call it work because I enjoy writing. I've hinted here and there I'm working on another story as well. Those of you reading "Wheels of Steel" from Pepper Pace (click name to visit) know a nice young man, Ho-Z (click name to visit) has encouraged her to write about this. After a while we got talking and he "challenged" me the same way. I got intrigued by it and found myself being very interested in trying to write something that he will approve of.

Now I know I'm working on SIW mainly, but this story kept pushing forward in my mind so I decided to start writing it. I'll be taking turns, a chapter for SIW (those tend to be longer hihi) and then a chapter for "A New World Awaits". Those chapters won't be so long (can only make the story last longer to read ;-) )but it will make it possible for me to write the two at the same time. Only downside it that the updates on Lit for SIW may take a bit longer. As for the new story, once I get edited chapters back I will post them here on the blog first before submitting them to Lit and ER.

The "Archangel" story I started here may take a back seat for a while because of this, BUT I will finish it, that is a promise, I hate leaving things undone (and well Remedio is a hottie in trouble).

That's me done with updating the masses. I hope to finish the first chapter of NWA today or tomorrow.

Chris's chapter

Next chapter is done, well almost, fine tuning it now and then it will be ready to be shipped of to my editor. In the meantime I'm working a bit on my other story 2/3 into the first chapter, going nicely, better then I would have thought.

Working

I'm about to finish the next chapter about Chris, I must have a thing for showers!

Been groveling all week to try and get this one done, but as they say there is light at the end of the tunnel, i just have to find that tunnel first.

Also counting the days towards the Lit, Halloween contest, I'm entering and getting scrutinized by all the others out there. I like the little piece I wrote, I see it as a sweet brief glimpse into the mind of someone. It's written in the 1st person, that was challenging as well(thank goodness for friends and an ace editor to pick out the the wrong tenses of my verbs!*big hug for them*) But the piece is ready and only needs to be submitted now.

Working on another story as well, together with Ho-Z, can't reveal much about that yet, but it's a challenge to get it right, one I'm coming to like very much. I'll be working on that once I'm done writing about Chris and the last brother,Ed. I know there should be two more stories to complete the SIW bunch, but they'll have to wait. I'm going to work on this little project first then. The fingers are itching already, but I won't start, yet. I want to keep my focus(that is sometimes already hard enough to achieve LOL).

Also if any of you find something that could be added to the blog or made easier/handier, don't hesitate to leave a comment about it. It's a continuous work in progress =)

Small update.

The next chapter for Chris just went live on Lit and ER. As you see I am uploading as fast as I can. I hope to be at the same spot by Friday. Then if I update on Lit I will upload here at the same time, meaning you can actually read it a few days before it goes live on Lit and ER. (Don't forget to vote though, we all love those little H's)

I'm reformatting the first story and I'm slowly adding the finished chapters on the Blog. You can read it here as well, got to Lit or EroticaRepublica (advisable if you prefer to have it in PDF format)
Just check on the side bar for any additions. So far Chapter one and two are added, rest will come in due time.

Has just been submitted. Anxious to see what they make of that one. Chris ain't Nick ;-) and the story develops at a different pace. Also has other things to deal with then Nick and Fran had.

Halloween!

Halloween story is ready for submittal. Got it back from the editor today. I like this little piece I wrote, only needed a day to make the first draft which was 75% spot on. Thanks to my fellow guildies we scrutinized it and made the final version. I'll post it here as well once it goes live on Lit.

I have it back, edits being done, but holding it for a few more days, I'll submit that one coming Sunday.

SIW Chris : chapter "1" posted

It has been submitted a few days ago now. But it seems with all the hype around the summer contest "regular" posting are being ever so slow. I was aware of it, so I knew it could take a day or so longer, but now it is getting a bit ridiculous. I want my chapter live, like now!!

phew, that was a relief to get that of my chest. Now I can go to bed and sleep. Crossing fingers it will be there sometime tomorrow.


LOL I should have complained sooner. chapter one has just posted. here starts another roller coaster ride for me.

Writers block or not?

Well, not to be precise, rather the opposite. Every time I sit down and tell myself "Now I'm going to continue with Chris" my mind tends to drift off to plots for the other stories in this series yet to be written. Any got a Valium spare so I can slow down my brain only a little bit?
(coffee won't help much, seems I'm immune to caffeine already)

Moving onwards

Chapters 1 and 2 about Chris are at the editor. I'm crossing my fingers. Once I get them back I'll be posting them within a few days of each other.
And now back to writing 3.

Reworking stuff.

Phew I'm done proofreading 330 pages for a fellow writer. Now I can go back to my own work. Really had to put it on hold since she has a deadline for her first draft to be ready.
I got two chapters 'finished', just making some small changes before I can ship them off to the editor, after my fellow 'guildies' give their stamp of approval. (I'm a perfectionist at heart, but they bring out the worst (in a good way) and I want it even better)
I did find the time to work on a little short story that I will probably submit for the Halloween contest on Lit. Will be my first, already nervous and it hasn't even started yet!!
Oh sometime this week I'll load up the first proper chapter for Archangel. You all will get the exclusive preview to it, I won't submit it to Lit until it is completely finished, so don't hesitate to leave a comment/feedback on it.

On hold

SIW is on hold for a few days. I'm helping out a fellow writer rereading her manuscript before she has to present to actual publishers, they wanted her to shorten it. That was a momentous task and now she wants to know if the parts left out don't "down grade" the story and if certain things need to be put back. Means I have some heavy reading to do; 240 pages of pure bliss hihi.
Once that is finished I'm going to adapt little things in SIW, make it better ;-)

Unpublished work.

Phew, I finally figured it out how to make it work, but I got there in the end!
I've submitted a yet unpublished chapter of another story I am working on alongside SIW. You can find the link on the left of the screen. I will submit the rest here as well. I see it as a little token of gratitude for you all for taking the time to stay up to date with my work.
When this story is completely finished I will submit it to LitErotica as well, but it's a work in progress, SIW still having my main focus for the moment.
I hope you enjoy this first chapter and feel free to leave comments and thoughts about it. Do keep in mind, it's a prologue, I know a part of it may be hard to read but will not reflect the rest of the story.

Writing.

It's coming along nicely, chapter 1 of Chris is at the editor, two is finished and is in the last stages of getting the kinks sorted and chapter 3 is started.
I even found time and inspiration to start on a Halloween story, mostly likely it will enter the LitErotica contest, will be my first, so I'm a bit apprehensive about it all hihi. It isn't a long one, but I believe it's a nice moment in someones very very long lifetime. It was a joy to write.
